WipeProof orchestrates certified data erasure for computers, drives and mobile devices. Erasure is executed by a certified erasure engine using methods aligned with NIST 800-88 Clear & Purge. The signed engine report is preserved with every certificate, and each certificate is linked to the asset, the job and the customer.

Devices that cannot be erased successfully are flagged as failed, routed to your physical-destruction workflow and documented to their final outcome.

A one-off integration and setup fee of €2,900 applies. Per-device fees are charged monthly on actual usage, at the tier determined by the month’s combined volume across both device categories. Only successful erasures are billed: a device that does not complete to a certificate is never charged. Prices exclude VAT.

The service is billed monthly on real usage with no annual commitment. Either party may end the service with 30 days’ notice. Your data and your certificates remain yours and are exportable in standard formats.

Pending counsel: liability caps, exclusions, warranty scope and indemnities. No limitation or warranty is stated until counsel has settled the wording.

WipeProof acts as a processor for the device data handled during erasure. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Erasure records and certificates are stored in the EU.

Pending counsel: governing law and jurisdiction are not yet settled. The candidates under review are Ireland and Delaware. This clause will be completed before launch.
