- Billed monthly on actual usage. The tier applies automatically to the month's combined volume across both categories.
- Only successful, certificate-issued erasures are charged. Failed wipes are flagged, tracked to physical destruction, and never billed.
- No licence packs to buy. No annual commitment. Prices exclude VAT.

FAQ
Do I need to buy erasure licences?
No. The certified engine licence is included in the per-device price. We manage the licensing entirely.
What happens when a wipe fails?
The device is flagged, routed to your physical-destruction workflow, and tracked to its final outcome. Failed wipes are never billed.
What counts as one device?
One serialised unit processed to completion: a laptop, a server, a loose drive, a phone or a tablet.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. Monthly billing on real usage; either side can end the service with 30 days' notice. Your data and your certificates remain yours, exportable in standard formats.
Which systems does it integrate with?
Any ERP or asset registry with an API or import capability — and if you don't have one yet, ask us about our operations platform.
Which standards do the wipes follow?
